Ecstasy is a state of being that emerges from the complete openness, authenticity, and transparency of the heart. It is my vision to help both myself and others to find our way to this state again and again, so that we may experience increased joy and spread that throughout the world. I want to help create a movement toward ecstasy, a world where each human is fully supported in reaching his or her full potential bliss. I want an existence grounded in passion and abundance and practicality, and soaring into delight. I desire, more than anything, a balanced spirituality that honors both the masculine and feminine divine through the open heart and through ecstatic communion with the body and the spirit.

There are a lot of things going on in the world right now that are making it difficult to stay out of fear. I am no different, and when all that combines with a challenge in one of my relationships, I want to fall into old habits of self-pity and angst.
