Ecstasy is a state of being that emerges from the complete openness, authenticity, and transparency of the heart. It is my vision to help both myself and others to find our way to this state again and again, so that we may experience increased joy and spread that throughout the world. I want to help create a movement toward ecstasy, a world where each human is fully supported in reaching his or her full potential bliss. I want an existence grounded in passion and abundance and practicality, and soaring into delight. I desire, more than anything, a balanced spirituality that honors both the masculine and feminine divine through the open heart and through ecstatic communion with the body and the spirit.

Yesterday I danced for a small cancer fundraiser, and found myself worrying for a week beforehand about whether or not my performance would be "good enough".
